Vincenzo at the front desk helped us above and beyond what is the normal. He answered my text immediately after receiving it when I book the room while we were driving into town. He went above and beyond with helping us figure out the town and where to go eat that evening. He was quick with bringing up extra towels that we requested. A very smooth check-in.

We booked this accommodation to visit the Flower Festival, 18min walk from the hotel to the Via Corrado Nicolaci on which for the festival it is paved with flower petals to create images based on a theme. This year 2023 the theme was films featuring Noto. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The Hotel was superb, the room comfortable, well equipped, spacious and with a balcony looking out over the countryside. The bed was lovely. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. Outside there is a lovely garden to sit in amongst the lemon trees. Free safe parking at the hotel. The old town is so worth visiting, rebuilt in the Sicilian Baroque style after the dreadful earthquake of 1693. Highly recommend visiting and staying at Hotel Netum Noto.

Front desk staff were all wonderful! Breakfast had lot’s of options! Great espresso! Lovely lady taking care of that area! Shower pressure was just wonderful. Hotel was very clean, bed was an A+. Air conditioner worked great! Great new props! Great free parking lot! Will be back again!

Very Beautiful and clean hotel! Lost of space for car parking. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

This hotel met all our requirements. The room was so clean & fresh. No musty smell & with all the amenities you could ask for including tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent & well catered. Definitely recommend.

this hotel was a dream!!! the room was so big, super clean. bed was amazing to sleep in the quality if the sheets was great as well! the shower was absolutely sensational as well. the breakfast and staff were very nice and friendly. I truly wished I epuld have stayed longer in this hotel which says a lot.

Netum hotel has the best staff ever. From Laura on front desk to Maria Rosa and Mary from breakfast and the cleaning lady. All deserve an award for the way they treat guests. They’re professional, sweet, kind and just happy to serve you.

Very clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has plenty of parking spaces and is practically located (in a quiet area close to the historical centre).
